Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Sales Team Lead to join our team at Sage Health. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving membership growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing a productive sales plan to achieve new patient goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve new patient growth targets
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Identify and engage with prospects, review personal and team metrics daily, and support ongoing growth initiatives
  • Cultivate relationships with insurance brokers, social workers, and senior centers to promote Sage Health's services
  • Equip team members with training and educational materials to educate potential new patients and their families about Sage Health's benefits
  • Maintain relationships with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration in the community
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Extensive CRM experience, such as Salesforce
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Highest degree of honesty, integrity, and compassion
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • High energy, self-motivated, and willing to control own income
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills for large groups
  • Reliable transportation and valid state-issued driver's license
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required
