Job Title: Procurement Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team at Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our procurement team, ensuring accurate inventory systems, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure accurate inventory systems and efficient procurement processes.
  • Issue requisitions for purchases through our electronic system and manage vendor relationships.
  • Procure essential office, maintenance, and operational supplies, and identify and utilize federal and state purchasing options when possible.
  • Maintain purchase and fuel card accounts, manage vendor/contractor data files, and verify vendor/contractor debarment status.
  • Provide support to our auditing firm and assist with other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field and at least one year of experience in purchasing/procurement; or five years of experience in a purchasing/procurement environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic accounting systems, proficiency in Information Technology Systems, and strong language, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities, a valid Idaho driver's license, and insurability.

  • Wage $60,000 to $63,000 per year, depending on experience.
