As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, including order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, transportation, facilities P&L, labor management, quality assurance, inventory accuracy, safety, maintenance, and materials procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of managers and supervisors over two shifts (200+ employees) to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee the success of the operation, maintaining cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve planned positive results.
  • Guide, coach, and develop management and support teams to establish a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment, working with the Environmental, Health, and Safety team as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate, expected quality, and on-time fulfillment within established SLAs for all customer orders.
  • Proactively identify, lead, and support process improvement initiatives to optimize throughput, quality, and cost.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper inventory management and cycle count procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Provide reporting, scorecards, and dashboards on daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics.
  • Manage external partnerships and agreements supporting the region.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment or distribution center management.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding company standards and measurements.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work without close supervision.
