Operations Associate

Atlasa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic real estate brokerage team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, ensuring seamless processes, and providing exceptional operational assistance to the agents and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listing Preparation: Support agents in preparing and marketing property listings, including creating listing materials, coordinating photography, and promoting listings on various platforms.
  • Client Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research on properties, analyze disclosures, read inspection reports, and provide detailed analysis and competitive market research for clients.
  • Showings: Tour luxury homes with clients, providing them with valuable insights and details about the properties. Provide feedback and action items to the team.
  • Inspections: Meet with inspectors and clients at properties, managing appointments and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Contractor Visits: Coordinate with contractors on behalf of clients, facilitating remodeling and renovation projects.
  • Open Houses: Host open houses for sellers, organizing catering, signage, online marketing, and managing leads.
Requirements:
  • Location: Must be local to San Francisco, with close proximity to our office required.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred (in real estate, business, or a related field).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a real estate brokerage or administrative role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, contractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and transaction processing.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach to work and a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the brokerage's success.
