Operations Coordinator

Agility Recruiting is partnering with a global logistics company to fill a full-time Operations Coordinator position. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all communication related to equipment activities and maintaining data integrity.
This position will be based at the company's San Francisco office.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and sending monthly lease billing statements to clients
- Reviewing and validating invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating equipment pickup and return authorizations with clients and vendors
- Updating daily records of equipment movements (inbound/outbound)
- Conducting monthly depot inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Organizing and maintaining records of depot and lease contracts
- Generating insightful reports and maintaining spreadsheets to track project data
- Providing the sales team with weekly inventory updates to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
- Experience in the marine equipment, logistics, or transportation leasing industry is advantageous, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and data sorting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal stakeholders
