Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Assist the General Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and store cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Inventory Management: Count and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Analyze labor and sales data to optimize profitability and make informed business decisions.
  • Employee Development: Interview, hire, and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store and its equipment are clean, well-maintained, and meet company standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a passion for customer service.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
