- Customer Service:

- Merchandise Management:
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise, to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Implement visual merchandising displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor and control inventory shrinkage, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Operations and Administration:
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Two or more years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The base pay for this role is $21.50, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Ross Stores, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
