**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and dispatch delivery drivers to ensure prompt and reliable service.
  • Verify that the correct parts are delivered to the correct customer order with precision and accuracy.
  • Optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance using our Delivery Management System.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle cash returns from drivers and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect returned parts and cores, and prepare them for return to the distribution center or manufacturer.
  • Maintain the fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and proper working order, and report any issues to management.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.
