This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Ticketing Director and associated departments. The position is situated within a dynamic environment that encompasses multiple major venues, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drafting and managing correspondence, reports, and documentation with precision and timeliness.
  • Handling routine communications independently, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Screening calls and visitors, delivering essential information regarding operations and events.
  • Compiling and analyzing daily sales and financial reports, contributing to the overall financial oversight.
  • Assisting in the preparation and proofreading of reports and related documents.
  • Gaining proficiency in the purchasing system to facilitate order requests.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Maintaining organized records of attendance, event files, and financial documents.
  • Overseeing the inventory of office supplies and materials.
  • Coordinating with part-time ticket sellers and managing communications as necessary.
  • Utilizing computerized ticketing systems to issue event tickets as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a meticulous approach to work.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A minimum of two years of college-level business training, coupled with three years of administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and ticketing software is advantageous.
