Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate sales drivers, including member events, studio events, and outreach promotions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Train and develop staff to become top sales performers, providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Work directly with the Head Trainer to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.
  • Provide and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the sales and operational systems, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and lead monthly team meetings, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Model all studio activities through self-involvement, leading by example and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Member issue resolution, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of member concerns.
  • Responsible for staffing requirements within the studio, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet sales and operational demands.
  • Resolving any staff issues, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Staff scheduling, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling to meet sales and operational needs.
  • Studio cleanliness, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
  • Responsible for studio lead acquisition, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Attend and participate in workouts weekly, staying connected with members and staff.

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:

In addition to the single studio Business Development Executive position, there is the possibility for future multi-unit management opportunity for someone with a proven track record of multi-unit management and multi-unit staffing. The individual who is selected for single or multi-unit management must have a proven sales track record with examples of quickly staffing a top sales team to drive results.

  • Excellent sales, management, and administrative skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, staff, and management.
