Job Description

As a Fitness Team Lead at BODY20 Nashville, you will play a key role in leading from the front and working closely with the Studio Manager to achieve studio goals in revenue and paying members. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position that requires a strong passion for the fitness industry and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and maintain a sufficient number of fitness coaches to service each member and guest who completes a BODY20 session or demo.
  • Establish monthly goals in sessions, demos, and demo conversion for all fitness coaches.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings to discuss progress and provide feedback.
  • Onboard and train new fitness coaches to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain knowledge and participation in all club services, programs, and products.
  • Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques.
  • Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards.
  • Be available on call for emergency call-outs to support the team.
Qualifications
  • Current nationally recognized personal training certification.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • 1-3 years of previous personal training experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity.
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
  • Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
