Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and improve the sales process, with a focus on scaling the business in the US.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with E&P companies, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within current accounts, leveraging your knowledge of our sales strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales team and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Provide regular feedback to Sales leadership on client needs and expectations.
- 5-10 years of technical sales experience in the frac and completions industry.
- Proven track record of utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
- Strong network in the Midland/Denver/Pittsburgh areas, with a black book of current completions contacts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting demos to customers.
- Experience with inside sales, including follow-through of service delivery.
- Ability to navigate company software and processes, with a strong relationship-building skillset.
- Knowledge of sensors and software, as well as the benefits of automated operating systems.
- Understanding of the value of consolidated normalized databases on a frac location.
- Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach to sales, with a positive attitude and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
