Job Summary

Marel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to drive high customer satisfaction levels and sales of services, service contracts, spare parts, modifications, and upgrades to meet expected targets for revenue and profitability.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Manager will be the customer advocate and trusted advisor, building trust through frequent customer visits and communications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing customer relationships by identifying opportunities and translating them into proposals for solutions.
  • Meeting agreed financial targets effectively and efficiently through proactive sales of parts, service solutions, and service agreements.
  • Analyzing customer performance and needs, identifying opportunities, and developing tactical and operational plans for customers.
  • Supporting the development of regional operational plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration or similar.
  • Recognized sales training.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline team environment.
  • A naturally outgoing individual with a profound ability to interact with customers and teams alike.
