  • Provide administrative support to the corporate office, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience as an AR and AP clerk.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to lift, push, and move up to 50lbs. Regular vision, speaking, and hearing are required, as well as the ability to operate office and electronic equipment.
