About the Role

We are currently seeking an Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. in Altoona, PA. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare organization, where you will play a vital role in supporting our front office operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our facility's front office, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and supervise front office staff, as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and CARF regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage petty cash.
  • Participate in staff meetings, take minutes, and contribute to policy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; relevant experience considered.
  • Proven track record of managing front office operations, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to lead and motivate teams, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
