Service Operations Manager

Rite Aid is seeking a Service Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising Store Associates and assisting with daily store operations.

Job Summary

This position requires at least one year of experience in retail, food service, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent leadership skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions
  • Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram
  • Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures
  • Count and reconcile cash register drawers
  • Prepare deposits and order change from the bank
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level
