ServiceNow Risk Management Specialist

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Remote ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to work on administering and configuring the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) tools within ServiceNow.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting connections between Tenable and ServiceNow, collaborating closely with CMDB and Tenable Administrators, and acting as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and ServiceNow platform administrators. The successful candidate will support PCI audits through the IRM tool, develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective risk management and vulnerability response, and ensure seamless integration between various tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and configure ServiceNow IRM and VR tools to meet organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the connection between Tenable and ServiceNow, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CMDB and Tenable Administrators, to guarantee smooth integration and maximize system efficiency.
- Serve as a key point of contact between cybersecurity and ServiceNow platform administrators, facilitating communication and driving core platform changes.
- Support the cybersecurity department during PCI audits using the IRM tool, providing critical insights and expertise to drive compliance and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, with a strong focus on risk management and vulnerability response.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow IRM and VR tools, as well as experience with Tenable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
