Position Overview

Role: Performance Management Course Facilitator
Type: Full-Time/Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, based on course requirements


Job Summary: The role involves delivering instruction for the Performance Management Coaching Course (PMCC) in collaboration with the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS) to enhance civilian undergraduate and professional continuing education, integrated with the Total Force.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least one year of online instructional experience at the undergraduate level or military equivalent using approved Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration of 18 credit hours in Counseling, Education, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Recognized Coaching Certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily instruction based on the quarterly teaching schedule provided by the client, with flexibility to adapt to various courses and learning activities as needed.
  • Facilitate courses such as Performance Management Coaching for Supervisors and Leaders (PMCSL) and Performance Coaching for USAF Organizations (PCO).
  • Provide coaching skills training in other CLDS courses or learning events as requested.
  • Maintain a Faculty Portfolio for each instructor in accordance with Eaker Center policy and provide for review as necessary.
  • Conduct annual faculty evaluations as prescribed and submit them for review.
  • Review course feedback and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the Government.
  • Adhere to all schedules, policies, and procedures as outlined by relevant authorities.
  • Act as the primary contact for student inquiries during courses.
  • Assist students with administrative issues by coordinating with Student Support.
  • Support other assigned course instructors as needed.
  • Participate in other CLDS programs, workshops, and professional development activities as required.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Demands:
The role may require occasional standing, walking, sitting, and lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
