About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining successful relationships with national HVAC residential platform partners and working with field sales and participating/nonparticipating centers to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain key relationships and grow business with one or more assigned national or regional channel partners.
  • Collaborate with assigned channel partners and assist with marketing initiatives, go-to-market product positioning, retail sales training, and expansion into new markets.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training for the field sales organization and participating centers.
  • Assist in contract negotiation to ensure healthy and sustainable growth.
  • Assist with high-level business development and potential expansion with new national channel partners.
  • Recommend and implement strategies or programs to increase profitable sales through national channel partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Expert abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Substantial industry and product knowledge.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
