Account Executive - Small Business UKI

At HubSpot, we're passionate about helping businesses grow and thrive. As an Account Executive - Small Business UKI, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with small and mid-sized businesses in the UKI region
  • Develop and execute inbound selling strategies to find new business and help customers grow using HubSpot software
  • Partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies
  • Run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
Requirements:
  • 1 year of closing sales experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)
