POSITION OVERVIEW AND DUTIES

The Healthcare Provider Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing and supervising the integration of provider agreements and reimbursement schedules into the claims processing framework to guarantee the precision and uniformity of claims payments.

This role serves as a key intermediary among the Auditing, Benefits Configuration, and Provider Data teams. The Analyst will also extend support to cross-functional teams concerning provider compensation matters. It is essential to foster collaborative relationships within the department and with other departments. This position operates with a degree of autonomy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in the healthcare sector may be considered in lieu of formal education. Familiarity with System Configuration or SQL is advantageous.
