We are seeking a highly skilled CLS Provider Utilization Coordinator Specialist to join our team at QTC Management, Inc. This role will be responsible for coordinating with clinic office managers and business partner agencies to maximize clinic capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination: Consistently and effectively communicate with clinic office managers and business partner agencies to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilization Management: Proactively communicate issues/concerns with providers' schedules to CLS leadership teams as necessary.
- Schedule Building and Adjustment: Responsible for building and adjusting providers' schedules to ensure optimal utilization.
- Electronic Scheduling: Utilize electronic tools and workflows to manage resources such as ECW, UCM, eProcess, and other necessary tools.
- No-Show Rate Management: Effectively manage electronic confirmation systems to minimize no-show rates.
- Prioritization and Time Management: Prioritize operations and providers' requests when necessary.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare setting with daily utilization of electronic scheduling software.
- Skills: Proficient in Medical Terminology, effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow standardized process workflow, and highly skilled in multi-tasking.
- Work Environment: Ability to work various shifts and hours to cover multiple time zones.
The pay range for this role is $23 - $24 per hour in the San Antonio, TX area and $28 per hour in the Philadelphia, PA area. In addition to competitive hourly rates, all CLS Provider Support Analysts are eligible for bonuses up to 6% annually.
