Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and client group leadership to identify and address compensation-related issues and implement initiatives that promote fairness and competitiveness.
  • Proactively analyze market trends, compensation statistics, and business data to inform salary program recommendations and support annual planning and strategic projects.
  • Develop and present communications to HR business partners, client group leadership, and employees on compensation-related topics.
  • Lead salary program administration, including reviewing survey data submissions and developing costing models and reports.
  • Provide expert advice on salary structure development, organizational structure, FLSA exemptions, pay and bonus plans, budgetary impacts, and compliance with regulations and labor laws.
Requirements
  • Related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on financial analysis and project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and software applications, including HRIS and PeopleSoft.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
