Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of customer orders, achieving volume targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business potential.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments, manipulation of customer orders into the order management system, and obtaining approval for accessorial charges for assigned customers.
  • Proactively engage with internal and external customers on any applicable assignments.
  • Use Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to accommodate and support functional areas.
Requirements
  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • BS or AA in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferred.
  • One (1) year or more relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field, required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge in the logistics industry, applicable local and Federal regulations, and fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management components.
