Company Overview: REVIVAL NEW YORK is a leading textiles production and distribution company based in Staten Island, NY. We are seeking an experienced In-House Office Administrator to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Receive and route incoming calls, take inquiries, and engage with visitors
- Manage email correspondence for the company, coordinate shipping through online portals, and greet vendors
- Review incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and communicate with drivers as needed
- Complete and communicate order status, customer requests, updates, inputs, etc., and fulfill 'sample' requests
- Input and process orders, data entry, and add new vendor accounts
- Interact with the Sales Team and maintain accurate records

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Acute attention to detail, ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance, and good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees, demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Mail, working knowledge of Google Suite preferred

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
