Join Our Team as a Clinical Services Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team at Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI). In this role, you will provide clinical support to our Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) program, working closely with clients who require substance use and/or mental health treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling and at least 2 years of experience providing Mental Health and/or Substance use counseling or other relevant populations. A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction models is essential.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications. CHASI offers an excellent benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the Director of Justice Initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations, safety planning, and/or risk assessments with clients.
  • Provide administrative and/or clinical supervision to program staff.
  • Collaborate with external providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
