Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HIV Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Community Health Action of Staten Island. As a key member of our Ryan White Support Services program, you will be responsible for providing data management support, quality assurance, and administrative duties.

About the Role
  • Provide data entry services, ensuring timely and accurate entry into AIRS
  • Conduct routine client documentation and chart reviews for quality and compliance purposes
  • Assist in maintaining databases and internal data systems, including the client roster
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the NYS Department of Health (DOH) Ryan White Quality Management Program
  2. Review and enter monthly data documenting services provided into AIRS
  3. Conduct monthly data reconciliation of services entered within internal databases with the funder database
  4. Work closely with the department's leadership team to track, report, and analyze monthly and contractual performance
