Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and finalization of large, complex programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix-managed environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute program work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Plan, script, and execute new business or new facility launches, including workstreams for people, systems, and facility readiness.
- Manage program review meetings with team members to ensure work progresses as planned and address issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate progress against the plan to team members, stakeholders, steering committee, and executives.
- Develop updates and charts for external customers to review program progress.
- Support facility go-lives, conversions, and/or retrofits as needed, ensuring operational readiness to minimize downtime, productivity reductions, and accuracy issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of demonstrated program management experience with large, complex facility startups, with refrigeration a plus.
- 5+ years of demonstrated implementation and vendor management required, with familiarity with automation vendors and differences between key OEMs and integrators.
- Ability to travel at an estimated 50-75% of the time to support programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of functionality on WMS layer vs. WCS/WES layer.
- Successful track record managing multiple high-priority capital investment, customer implementations, and business strategy programs using project/program management methods and tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with installing, testing, and commissioning distribution automation, including AS/RS, mini-load, robotics, and shuttle systems.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally, with individuals at all levels of the organization, external contacts, customers, and potential customers.
