Position Summary:

The NBCU Ad Sales Strategy team plays a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities for Peacock and the broader sales organization. The Manager of Streaming Ad Innovation Strategy will engage with leaders across multiple departments, fostering innovative thinking and analytical prowess to enhance our business operations. This position is vital in influencing revenue growth across Peacock and the NBCUniversal portfolio by discovering new advertising innovations that will redefine the digital ad landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Business Case Development:
    Conduct thorough analyses for new and enhanced product offerings aimed at increasing revenue and attracting new clients.
  • Financial Analysis:
    Evaluate revenue potential for new client offerings and support the assessment of advertising innovations on Peacock.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with business development teams to explore new vendor partnerships related to ad innovation.
  • Market Insights:
    Analyze competitive landscapes to identify long-term growth opportunities in product advertising innovations.
  • Roadmap Management:
    Prioritize new ad innovations using the NBCU Ad Innovation Framework and gather feedback from sales and clients to inform product strategy.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Generate insights from current ad innovation revenue to guide senior leadership on trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in media, consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in advertising sales or media companies is advantageous.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative in managing tasks independently.
