The State of California is in search of a skilled professional to join its Legal and Enforcement Units. The **Analytical Services Coordinator** position necessitates frequent interaction with agency personnel and the public, often requiring the drafting of correspondence that reflects a solid understanding of regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating preparations for monthly meetings, including travel arrangements and the preparation of filings and confidential documents.
  • Assisting in production-related tasks for administrative hearings.
  • Generating numerical reports on ongoing enforcement cases and documented actions.
  • Coordinating briefings and managing the documentation process related to enforcement actions.
  • Overseeing the organization and contents of the agency's legal library.
  • Collaborating with legal staff to track decisions made within the Legal Division, ensuring the compilation of retrievable institutional knowledge.
  • Supporting the preparation of administrative records for litigation.
  • Coordinating with the billing department regarding invoice payments and tracking funds from enforcement cases.
  • Assisting in the response to Public Records Act inquiries.

In addition to these duties, the position offers a **hybrid work environment**, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work in accordance with established policies.
