Energy Resource Coordinator

Uplight is a leading provider of energy management solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Energy Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling distributed energy resources to ensure continuous operation and market procedure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control distributed energy resources in accordance with applicable market rules
  • Troubleshoot faults and incidents reported via the operations hotline
  • Communicate with customer and market entities via phone and email
  • Apply and adhere to currently posted operating procedures and applicable market rules

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in a shift-based operations role, preferably in the energy sector
  • PJM Generation Operator Certification, ISO New England Supply Resource Operator Certification, and CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Certification
