Executive Culinary Director

Tara Hospitality is seeking a visionary Food and Beverage Director to lead the opening team of our newly constructed dual-brand Canopy and Homewood Suites Hotels in the Downtown Nashville area.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the Banquet and Outlet functions of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Interview, hire, supervise, and counsel associates to ensure efficient operations in the Food and Beverage department.
- Provide clear direction to staff, ensuring alignment with Tara Hospitality and Hilton brand standards and policies.
- Perform evaluations, resolve issues, and provide open communication with associates.
- Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and service quality on a daily basis.
- Handle associate issues in conjunction with People & Culture following Tara Hospitality policies.
Requirements:
Three-Five years senior leadership experience as a Food and Beverage Director required.
Hilton experience preferred.
Keen eye for detail and the ability to create great experiences for team & guests alike.
Manager Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Compliance.
Fluency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
