About the Role
You will join a team of trusted, dynamic, and entrepreneurial sales pioneers who are passionate about helping customers solve everyday challenges while earning uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships while presenting potential products and services directly available to them.
- Drive revenue for the associated campaign by strengthening customer relationships using active listening skills and a consultative sales approach to recommend specific products and subscriptions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing direct marketing and sales strategies within a designated target market.
- Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to the Management team and clients.
- Adeptly guide fellow team members through industry trends, product knowledge training, and new onboarding procedures.
- Utilize acquired knowledge of operations systems and our sales strategies to analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to continually refining your sales, delegation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Participate as an active member of our collaborative Sales Department and contribute to our growth-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field.
- Enjoy competitiveness and are goal-oriented.
