Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Commercial Manager to join our Material Solutions team in the US. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing a successful business development strategy in the US market, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the US market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and annual sales plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
