This position offers a chance to enhance efficiency within the Department of the Navy. As a specialist in strategy and change management, you will leverage your knowledge to evaluate the effects of change on business processes and design strategic communication plans, organizational structures, and implementation strategies. By addressing untapped potential and systemic challenges, you will provide a comprehensive perspective to your clients, facilitating transformative practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience in developing change management strategies for senior executive clients.
  • More than 15 years of direct client engagement in project execution, management, and administrative discussions.
  • At least 7 years of experience supporting Department of Defense management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in aligning organizational management processes with capabilities.
  • Experience in managing informational technology portfolios.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Certification in change management, such as PROSCI, LaMash, or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the Navy.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, and contract-specific requirements. The anticipated salary range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical compensation for this role and is part of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.

Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote.

  • If this position is remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site.
  • If this position is onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as needed.
