We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Analyst to join our team at the Red Gate Group. As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of Bombing Prevention (OBP) in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Analysis and Development: Provide expert analysis and policy guidance on IED and C-IED issues, integrating technical concepts into multiagency strategies.
  • Policy Coordination: Assist the government in organizing policy and strategy discussions and working groups with interagency partners, private sector, and international stakeholders.
  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the government to develop, refine, and update comprehensive guidance on IED prevention, protection, and mitigation.
  • Strategy Development: Lead coordination efforts with the government to develop and recommend strategies for implementing policies such as the National Policy for Countering IEDs.
  • Project Management: Support the facilitation and management of the Department of Homeland Security IED Working Group and associated meetings.
  • Document Development: Assist in the coordination, development, and drafting of the OBP AOP and other related documents.
  • Metrics Development: Assist in the coordination and development of the ISD AOP and other related documents.
  • Concept Development: Review and provide suggestions for the OBP Concept of Operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the government in the development, publishing, and updating of the OBP Strategic Plan.
  • Policy Synch: Support OBP participation in the ISD Policy Synch meeting or its replacement and produce a summary for further dissemination.
  • Metrics Tracking: Assist the government in developing, tracking, and updating OBP's analytical metrics.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Education: Must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Must have at least 10 years of experience writing, implementing, and supporting policy development with an understanding of CISA requirements.
