We are seeking a seasoned strategy and change management analyst who can pinpoint long-term objectives and establish the necessary processes to realize them.

Your Role:

This position offers a chance to drive efficiency within the Department of the Navy. As a specialist in strategy and change management, you will leverage your knowledge to evaluate the effects of change on business processes and design strategic communication plans, organizational structures, and implementation strategies. You will provide a comprehensive perspective on your client's organization, addressing both untapped potential and systemic challenges to enhance their practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize over 15 years of experience in change management to support senior executive clients.
  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, leveraging your extensive project execution and management skills.
  • Apply over 7 years of experience in Department of Defense management support.
  • Link organizational management processes with capabilities effectively.
  • Manage informational technology portfolios with proficiency.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Hold a change management certification, such as PROSCI or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting Navy operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Security Clearance:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

Booz Allen Hamilton values your contributions and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, along with paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs. Our recognition awards program acknowledges outstanding performance and adherence to our core values. Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for our benefits programs.

Work Model:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
