Your Role:
In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience to assess the implications of change on business processes. You will be responsible for crafting strategic communication plans, designing organizational frameworks, and executing strategy implementation initiatives. Your insights will provide clients with a comprehensive perspective on their operations, enabling them to overcome obstacles and unlock their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize over 15 years of experience in change management to support high-level executive clients.
- Engage in direct client interactions to facilitate project execution and management discussions.
- Apply 7+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) management support.
- Connect organizational management processes with capabilities to drive efficiency.
- Manage information technology portfolios effectively.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain a Secret clearance as required for this role.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Hold a recognized change management certification, such as PROSCI or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Navy-related projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary is determined based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually.
