Position Overview:
A prominent organization is in search of a Service Operations Coordinator to oversee the administrative duties within the Service Division. The role requires a commitment to excellence and efficiency in service management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming communications related to service inquiries and installations.
  • Procure inventory and supplies necessary for operational functions.
  • Process documentation for all incoming shipments.
  • Evaluate technician reports and prepare them for billing purposes.
  • Generate and sustain weekly performance reports while aiding in daily scheduling tasks.
  • Engage with clients to arrange scheduled maintenance services.
  • Provide estimates for new residential service requests.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in scheduling within a construction or service-oriented environment.
  • Basic accounting proficiency is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and an understanding of service and construction workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data entry capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality is expected.
