A prominent organization is in search of a Service Operations Coordinator to oversee the administrative duties within the Service Division. The role requires a commitment to excellence and efficiency in service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications related to service inquiries and installations.
- Procure inventory and supplies necessary for operational functions.
- Process documentation for all incoming shipments.
- Evaluate technician reports and prepare them for billing purposes.
- Generate and sustain weekly performance reports while aiding in daily scheduling tasks.
- Engage with clients to arrange scheduled maintenance services.
- Provide estimates for new residential service requests.
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in scheduling within a construction or service-oriented environment.
- Basic accounting proficiency is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and an understanding of service and construction workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data entry capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality is expected.
