Support Specialist Representative

We are looking for a skilled Support Specialist Representative to join our team at UASA. This role is full-time.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to maintain positive customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies.
  3. Assist technicians with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  4. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide basic technical support to customers.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and office, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software.
