Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant - RTA

$1,720 Weekly Gross

ROLE OVERVIEW:


As a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to elevate the standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing treatment goals and plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Assisting in therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving patients' long-term rehabilitation goals, including posture training, strengthening exercises, and functional skills training.
  • Training patients in mobility using assistive devices and ensuring safety during their rehabilitation process.
  • Ordering and instructing patients on the use of prescribed therapeutic equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Successful completion of the National Certification Exam for RPTA.

Minimum of 1 year of verified, supervised professional experience.

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in applicable states.
