We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Admissions Department. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative assistance to the Admissions Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining student contact sheets, medical folders, and admission files.
  • Updating the Admissions Department Referral Folder with new student information.
  • Compiling and distributing medical reports and consent forms to relevant parties.
  • Scanning and uploading student admission packets to the shared network.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for incoming students, including booking flights and arranging transportation.
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring adequate inventory.
  • Taking notes during Admissions Committee meetings and updating relevant documentation.
  • Providing receptionist coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess an Associate's Degree in Business or Administration. Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
