We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Home Warranty of America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals within your territory
- Provide education and training on the benefits of our home warranty products
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with brokers and agents, and presentations at group events
- Act as a liaison between real estate professionals and our Service Department
- Travel within your territory to meet with clients and promote our products
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience as a top producer in a previous/current position
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
- Ability to network, ask for referrals and build lasting relationships quickly
- Ability to work autonomously while continuing to focus on goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to strategize and prioritize efforts to achieve goals
- Positive & professional demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
