About the Job

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Susan Hirt Hagen CORE team, including planning, organizing, and coordinating administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and coordinate daily office activities and administrative processes
  2. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents
  3. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate events
  4. Provide general office support and answer inquiries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or customer service
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
