CICS System Administration Overview

The Dignify Solutions LLC seeks a highly skilled CICS System Administrator to join our team. As a CICS System Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CICS environment.

Job Description:
  • CICS MRO Environment Expertise: The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CICS MRO environments, including TOR and AOR configuration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for collaboration with various teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 5 years of experience in CICS administration are required.
  • Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep Understanding of CICS: A deep understanding of CICS concepts, including dynamic storage area management and trace settings.
  • Proficiency in Various Tools: Proficiency in various tools, such as RDO, SDS - CAFC, and Compuware products.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret CICS shutdown statistics and other relevant metrics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and provide timely support.
