Administrative Support Specialist

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Clerical Assistant 2 to join their team in the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
About the RoleThis is a seasonal, full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary of $18.05 per hour (before taxes). The successful candidate will work 5 days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Responsibilities- Review and process data accurately and efficiently
- Create and format documents using various software applications
- Organize and verify information for consistency and accuracy
- Perform mathematical calculations with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide excellent customer service to the public by assisting with governmental forms and information
- 6 months of experience as a Clerical Assistant 1 or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Graduation from high school or equivalent qualification
- Ability to meet PA residency requirements
- Pass a background investigation
