As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to meet the financial goals of the hotel. You will also be responsible for prospecting and business development, researching and soliciting new leads, and engaging in outside sales activities such as tradeshows and customer events. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiations and contract management, negotiating contracts with end-user customers and intermediaries, and providing solutions that meet the financial goals of the hotel. If you have a minimum of two years of hotel experience in guest contact areas, previous sales experience, and knowledge of the Orlando market, we encourage you to apply.
