Job Overview

As a Clinical Services Delivery Consultant specializing in Patient Monitoring, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the implementation and utilization of patient monitoring technologies across various healthcare settings. Your expertise will be essential in guiding healthcare professionals through the complexities of our advanced monitoring solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a clinical expert for patient monitoring systems, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal use of Philips solutions.
  • Work in partnership with the Philips Field Service team, sales representatives, and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Evaluate customer objectives and develop tailored strategies to facilitate effective solution deployment and usage.
  • Oversee the clinical aspects of implementations, including workflow assessments, educational program development, and system configuration.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on equipment and application usage, focusing on critical care, emergency, and general care departments.
  • Understand the clinical implications of technical deployments, including network and informatics integration.
  • Provide consultative services that prioritize workflow efficiency and clinical excellence.
  • Utilize your clinical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in critical care settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent, with a valid nursing license.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
  • Strong clinical teaching and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage projects effectively.
