About the Role:
Clinical Services Delivery Consultant Patient Monitoring is a key position at Philips, responsible for delivering clinical services to customers in the Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical resource to patient monitoring customers, working closely with the Philips Field Service organization, sales, and project managers during multiple phases of the implementation and go-live processes.
- Understand customer goals for their Philips solution, develop plans to support solution implementation and use from a clinical perspective, and manage the clinical aspects of an implementation.
- Assess customer configuration requirements and education needs, plan and deliver equipment and application education, and focus on the clinical configuration and education needs of patient monitoring customers in various departments.
- Deliver clinical services to customers that are consultative, advanced, and focused on workflows and clinical optimization, applying product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers, enabling the success of the implementation team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in critical care environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN); current nursing license
- Ability to travel 80% of the time, including overnight
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- EMR's and networked clinical systems
- Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity
- Project Management
- High comfort level with technology and informatics concepts
- Detail oriented and organized
- Able to drive an average of 1-4 hours daily
