Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Welcome customers warmly and gather essential vehicle information.
- Collect customer and vehicle data in advance whenever feasible.
- Accurately document customer vehicle issues on repair orders.
- Review service history, conduct vehicle inspections, and suggest necessary additional services.
- Provide comprehensive and precise cost estimates for labor and parts.
- Monitor repair progress throughout the day, keeping customers informed of any changes in estimates or timelines.
- Ensure all repair orders are reviewed for completion and proper authorization.
- Clearly explain completed services and associated charges to customers.
Skills & Experience:
- Two to four years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- A strong desire to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
- A valid driver's license is required.
